荷蘭是第一個提倡注重「動物保護」觀念的國家，直到現在，和世界各國相比，歐洲始終是最重視動物福利及動物保護的區域，也是寵物登記、寵物管理等制度的發源地。

源自荷蘭的Billipets寵物玩具秉持「讓寵物受到更好照顧」經營理念，進行寵物玩具等相關用品研發及製造，系列產品包括「寵物玩具、寵物包、寵物床、寵物服裝、頸圈拉繩」等各式寵物用品及配件，目前已行銷至歐、美及台灣、香港等地。

2006年7月，Billipets寵物玩具首次參加「第九屆台北寵物用品展」（世貿三館），以「LinK U＆Me」為訴求，希望「連結你和他的幸福」。
